Brisbane Strikers vs Wynnum Wolves
Wolves’ NPL men’s side continues their Kappa Pro Series campaign tonight as they take on FQPL1 promotion hopefuls Brisbane Strikers at Perry Park
Wolves approach this fixture with confidence after showcasing a strong overall team performance against Lions FC last Saturday. However, a late goal undid Wolves’ hard work, with Lions prevailing 1-0.
Strikers, on the other hand, have started their Kappa Pro Series campaign in red-hot form, cruising to a 3-0 win away against fellow FQPL side Redlands United.
In what will be close to two years since these two sides have faced off competitively, Wolves will be keen to get their first points on the board in Group A, with hopes of qualifying for the next round of the Pro Series.
